Our software simply provides a tool for users to access and download publicly available media for their personal use. Users are entirely responsible for the media they choose to download. We expect all users to comply with copyright laws and the terms of service of the respective platforms they are downloading from.
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof, and you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notice to us. - Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material: A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located, with enough detail (such as specific URLs) so that we may find it on our website or restrict it from our service.

Please submit your DMCA takedown notices via our Contact page. Make sure to use "DMCA Notice" as the subject of your message.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for a response. Note that emailing your complaint to other parties such as our Internet Service Provider will not expedite your request and may result in a delayed response due to the complaint not being routed properly.
